Our mission: support ambitious SMEs and entrepreneurs across the UAE on their IT and AI transformation, without the cost of a major agency or the uncertainty of an offshore freelancer.
Our 7 service lines: Fractional CTO (under the The French CTO sub-brand), AI advisory for SMEs, custom software, AI-ready websites, Zoho implementation, KENOBoT chatbots, and AI voice assistants. Every mission systematically applies the Prosci ADKAR method to ensure adoption by your teams.

Our founder
Cyrille Benac
Cyrille started in IT in 1998, when it still felt like an obscure profession. He has lived through physical servers, Windows NT migrations, first CRM integrations, the cloud’s arrival, the mobile explosion, digital transformation, and now generative AI.
Most of his career was spent in demanding European environments: major groups, French mid-caps, scaleups, high-stakes transformation projects. Team leadership, budget management, critical project delivery, and the lesson that technology isn’t enough; the human factor determines success.
In 2025, he founded Kenobiz Solutions in Dubai to bring this experience to ambitious UAE SMEs. French-speaking first, a real market gap, and English-speaking naturally.
